In June, Hubby traveled back to South Africa and I didn't want him to miss us too much. He was going to be gone for a week and it would have been the longest we have been apart since getting married, so I made him a little travel journal with a slot for each day. Every slot had a picture of me or the boys (or all of us) and a little note. I know, I'm a geek. :)
That is so cute! I cannot believe you and Riian have only spent a week apart since being married, I don't think I have ever spent a week WITH my hubby. Between his years in the military as now as a mainly travelling mechanic, it can be hard to spend a full week together. However, this is our life, and it works for us. After years and years, it becomes the norm. You are so talented and so creative!!!!!
